Over many years, we have developed, tested, and refined our recipes to create gelato that is rich, balanced, and memorable. Everything is made fresh by us in our studio kitchen, in small batches, using quality ingredients.
Because we have complete control over the process, we can tailor flavours to suit each couple and their wedding. This is something we genuinely enjoy and take pride in, and it is one of the reasons our gelato stands out.
Custom flavours are never rushed. We take our time crafting a new flavour to make sure it feels personal and thoughtful on the wedding day when you get to try it.

Shannon is often your first point of contact. She handles enquiries, keeps dates organised, and makes sure everything behind the scenes is lined up well before your wedding day. Calm, friendly and detail-focused, she is there to make sure nothing feels rushed or stressful
Gelato making and the creative heart of Brook Avenue
Naomi is the brains behind the gelato itself. From developing flavours to overseeing quality, she makes sure what is served on the day tastes as good as it looks. She also brings years of experience working with couples and venues, which means things run smoothly on the day.
Logistics, setup and the practical magic
Andrew looks after the practical side of things. Transport, setup, and making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be. His role means the cart arrives on time, looks great, and is ready to go without any involvement from you.
